 If Windows 7 To Windows XP printer & file sharing  not done, follow this steps -:

Run> secpol.msc

Browsed to "Local Policies" ->

Security Options" 

changed entry for "Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level" to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated"
